SHIPPING INFORMATION

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the price of your parcel.

We aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and Spanish public holidays). We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Postal shipping will normally take a further 2 - 15 working days.

Shipping times and charges vary by country.

When ordering goods from www.lazycat.es for shipping overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.lazycat.es, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). VAT on non EU orders can not be reclaimed.

We do everything we can to meet the shipping times specified in this section. However, occasionally shipping times may be affected by factors beyond the control of Lazycat and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
